Ya Shi Xiang is one of the most fragrant amongst all Phoenix Oolongs, also known famously as "Duck Sh*t Oolong" but do not let the name deter you. As legend has it, before there was intellectual property protection, the original farmer assigned this distasteful name to his tea to deter others from taking it.
Conversely, this tea boasts a potent blend of floral and fruity notes; the predominant bouquet is a fusion of orchids and peaches. When sipped, the enduring sweetness of stone fruits lingers, making it a perfect choice for leisurely enjoyment across numerous infusions, whether through bowl-style or gong fu style preparation.
