Ya Shi Xiang is one of the most fragrant amongst all Phoenix Oolongs, also known famously as "Duck Sh*t Oolong" but do not let the name deter you. As legend has it, before there was intellectual property protection, the original farmer assigned this distasteful name to his tea to deter others from taking it.
